2) Paying for your order: Lizard King Arts Inc. uses PayPal to process your payment. PayPal is a fast, secure, and convenient way to pay for your order online. PayPal accepts major credit and debit cards, including VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover as well as payments directly from your PayPal account. You do not have to have a PayPal account to make a payment through PayPal.

3) Sales Tax: Sales tax is applicable to orders from California residents only, at the current rate of 7.5%.

4) Shipping:  Your order will be shipped via USPS Priority or First Class Mail. We occasionally ship via UPS if needed. Most packages reach their destination within 2-5 business days of shipping. We ship to the US only. If you require special shipping arrangements or if you do not have an address deliverable by the USPS, please email us. We will contact you via e-mail with further info if needed. International orders. Shipping & Handling charge is based on $ amount of your order. See chart below.

5) Guaranteed Satisfaction: Lizard King Arts strives to provide the highest quality of merchandise at a good price. If you are not completely satisfied with the merchandise purchased from Lizard King Arts, you may return it in "new condition" within 10 days for a refund or exchange. (Shipping charges will not be refunded). Please e-mail customer service at: customerservice@lizardkingarts.com for return procedures before returning any merchandise. Note: A restocking fee may apply on returns that are determined to be damaged, returned in a non-re sellable condition, or past the 10 day period. Guarantee does not apply to special orders or custom orders - these will be handled on a case by case basis & cancelled special orders may incur a restocking fee up to 50%.

6) Privacy Policy: Lizard King Arts will not sell or give your e-mail address or any information about you to anyone without your permission.

7) Receiving your order: All orders are processed between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. (PST), Monday thru Friday. Most orders are shipped within 3 business days. If there will be any significant delay in filling your order or if the item is backordered, you will be notified via e-mail. During December we ship orders daily - often on the same day.

8) International Customers: We are currently unable to process your order through our Shopping Cart. Please visit our Ebay Store to place an order.
